Layered clothing
In the Andes the weather changes within minutes: bring thermal wear, fleece, windbreaker and a waterproof jacket. In the jungle, light long-sleeve clothing and repellent.
Altitude and sun
High-protection sunscreen, cap or hat and sunglasses are essential: radiation at altitude is intense.
Useful extras
Reusable water bottle, energy snacks, power bank, copies of your documents and one extra change of clothes.
